Just because The BA make a request, don't automatically assume they have the powers to make such requests!! Keeping a careful eye on an Authority which is making it's own rules.

SB The Swans tasting menu is indeed £55 per head but they also do an a la carte menu and a fixed price menu the cost of which is £23 for 2 courses or £28 for 3 you could easily spend that at Pedros and I'll gaurentee the food is not a patch on The Swan.

We are always on the lookout for good restaurants. Best so far has been The Recruiting Sargent so we will give some of your suggestions a try.

Pedros is what it is. Some rave over it, some fid it almost fast food. We love the atmosphere in there. Food for sharing with friends is fun (provided you haven't got extra hungry friends). It will be interesting to see how it works out.

Oops seems I may have been right. Pedros Horning is being held up because they have planning issues. Permission was granted in September 2016 for change of use from the chip shop pool etc to become offices. As suspected no application has been made to BA to change from offices to Restaurant.

I am sure its only a temporary hiccup and they will over come but we all know what BA can be like

Pedros Acle is 70 seater Pedros Horning is 150 seater

Very good reports coming back from Horning although ive not been yet. I think they must do takeaways as well as we had a doggy bag one night in Acle when our eyes were bigger than our bellies and they used polystyrene cartons.

Hi, SteveDuk ...

Pedro's Acle currently do not do takeaways. Pedro's Horning don't have a particular takeaway menu, however if you go in and order from their main menu, they will 'box it up' as a takeaway for you.
