This place has just re-opened with new owners after a major refit.

The food menu looks simple, but well priced.

I've not been in yet but it appears that it's a sports bar and after the World Cup they will also make it into a music venue.

Only for the interests of Forum members I popped into the Waveney today, at great sacrifice of course.

Yes it's very much a sports bar. Industrial theme, and very noisy with only a dozen people in the place as there's no soft furnishings to damp the sound.

Very good selection of keg beers, very good ales, but high octane rather than session beer.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. Beer garden at the back. Studio kitchen is very attractive with a massive American Hobart grill.

Worth a visit.

Forgot to mention that the prices seem to be market pricing. My trawlerboys at 4.6abv was £3.70
