I received an email from the management company handing Moonlight Shadow today - it included a letter from Brooms.  It appears one of the neighbours cut and made a bonfire from fresh laurel which created a great deal of smoke and soot which covered a large number of boats.  Quick as a flash, Broom's employees went to "speak with" the neighbour (would have loved to have seen that), and started washing down the poor afflicted vessels.  Unfortunately, some of the soots didn't come off so the boats, including Moonlight Shadow and must be fully cleaned and polished.  This will be done under the neighbour's insurance policy.  The insurance adjuster is very impressed with Broom's speedy mitigation of the problem.

I feel for the owners of boats with an awning in that situation.

Thank you Brooms.

Lisa

Well!  The sisters WILL look lovely on the Cruise in Company!

I thought it was nice that the insurance company agreed so quickly and complimented Brooms on their quick actions.
