Its Ok.

He is with Griff and the Lads Week.  They will be off down to the Southern Broads tomorrow.

He is not set up with video gear this time so you will not find yourself appearing on youtube.

If you saw the Rascal this morning then you should have seen Broad Ambition as well.  A wonderful restored craft.

Also at some point you may have seen me on Sunlit Horizon 2, with  a forum flag flying from the cabin roof.

All the best

Arthur

"Its Ok. He is with Griff and the Lads Week."

Are you sure that the Rascal is going to be "OK" after a week with Griff & the other lads? I wouldn't bet that Griff will be "OK" by the end of that Smile

Moored with the two Jewels of Light on Fleet Dyke.  We have 'made our own' wild moorings.

I came alongside Jewel 2 and collected Griff who then made a leap of faith from my boat into the Reeds with a Rhonde Anchor and stern line - and promptly vanished - only to return thankfully stating he had landed on firm ground and not in the water.

Good use of a Bread knife was then used to cut a path from my boat through reeds so i was able to get to it - repeat procedure with the other Jewel of Light and her crew.  Broad Ambition is further up perhaps moored more sensibly on the formal moorings.

Tomorrow we leave for the south and plan to overnight at the Beauchamp Arms.  I am fine since most of the guys are falling as sleep by 9pm something to do with 'getting on in life' bless them lol

Dense fog this morning in Oulton Broad and I would suspect Breydon as well.     How long are you down south for?    The tides are not very well suited are they , very early or getting on for sunset.

Women dont nag they just point
things out...

Moored at the Beauchamp Arms tonight, crossed Breydon about 45 minutes before low water which meant once on Breydon it was against the tide till past Reedham but meant we got here well before sunset.  Tomorrow is Norwich, Friday we return north to Acle.
