Sad to learn that the Little Shop on Womack Staithe is to close.

Martin, Jen and Megan have, over the past four years, provided all visitors to the Staithe with a variety of gifts, novelties and general sundries - together with tea, coffee and ices etc., as well as a small range of the NBF merchandise. They intend to continue with their prime business - Calderdesigns - in an alternative location not too far away.

Thanks to them all for their ever friendly, helpful welcome and best wishes for the future.

Cheers Steve.

Not quite an ancient mariner ...... though some say he was at sea before Pontius was a pilate !

That's a real shame. We always paid a visit when at Womack. Let's hope someone else can take it on.
