Well I can certainly agree with that,  This is a photo I took of him last October.  He just sat there even when a dog got within feet of him.  Now that is a cool customer.

I was watching this Otter feeding just north of Barton. He was so busy eating that I dont think he even noticed us. I was luck as only ever seen then twice before in the distance.
