The dinghy will be familiar to Broads users as a design that still works well whether sailing, rowing or being motored....this one has been well looked after and has the original floorboards that match the seats. The rig is lugsail and the sail is in very good condition - very little used. The spars are in excellent order with a recently re-varnished mast and boom, any cordage that needed replacing has been.
Additionally it has a large, clear screw top hatch in the rear tank for storage and, unusually, has navigation lights as it has been used as an alongside tow-boat...these work from a 12 volt motorbike battery which is brand new. Mooring ropes are spliced on and there are additional wooden cleats and fairleads.
The boat has been coated with hard-racing antifouling so it is as at home out of the water as in - boat is in generally very smart condition and has been recently refurbished - I would imagine she has always been in private ownership as there are no visible repairs.
All this is stored and moved around on a well-fitting launching trolley that has pneumatic tyres that stay inflated.
All in all a very practical, pretty and instantly useable dinghy offered at on end of season price.
Delivery may be possible locally but boat can be viewed near Oulton Broad. I struggle to load pics here but will try and add more.
