Just finished a new website directed at first time cruisers which contains a mileage and cruising time automated calculator. View it HERE

You put in your departure and arrival points and are presented with mileage, estimated cruising time, rise and fall at destination and one or two lines of cruise advice based on the journey.

Would appreciate comments/views on it and if any of the cruising advice could be improved. I am thinking it might make a useful base for an itinerary planner in the future if I can work out how to add other journey segments to it.

Regards
David

maybe a comment on which side of the yellow post to turn for crossing Breydon, I know the improved signage has made it better, but anything helps.

Hi David

Nice Smile , but on the drop down you don't have Sutton Staithe marked as a departure or arrival point.

Might also be good if you could put Water and Electric points in the amenities listing.

Otherwise it's looking good.

John.

I have never seen a nine inch rise and fall in any twenty four hour period at Potter Heigham.  Rise and fall is usually four inches.
