Just returned from our annual fishing trip both from boat and land, we fished the Thurne between Candle Dyke and Somerton, Heigham Sound and Hickling Broad, it was dire, no fish whatsoever, not one run on the deadbaits and the silver fish seemed non existent, even Herbert Woods boatyard seemed deserted, has the river been netted or is it alien abduction?
