TT. Are you telling us that the 30 million raised from fishing licences is from Broadland alone? Or is that a national figure?
If as I suspect it is the latter then I do not see the relevance. Surely that cashpot would be spread nationally so only a tiny percentage would be spent here. Almost certainly less than boat tolls for this area.
The vast majority of EA money comes from central government via our taxes and other sources.

I am not sure anyone suggested that angling should be removed from Broadland anyway. Rather that some appreciate the closed season. As the fish themselves probably do! Smile  Smile
