I have one of the extendable brush washers for the boat.
The problem is that the alloy pole has come loose from the plastic where I am pointing in the picture.
Can someone recommend a glue to stick these together. I have tried one but it did not work!!

If you don't use your boat. Sell it.

I had a similar problem with my brush and used Tec-7. It's a sealant as well as an adhesive and can be applied to wet surfaces (can even be applied under water).
