In a few short week, god willing Susie Q and I will be returning to the Norfolk Broards

Our last visit was about 15 years ago, I was working just outside of Norwich and living aboard my boat while and exploring the broards was great

Can anyone recommend a boat yard that allows live aboards for around 10 months of the year?

Last time I was cruising and just paid for moorings as I went along

The only "official" residential mooring site is Waveney River Centre, a tad pricey but lots of facilities. Other yards are happy to let out moorings and "turn a blind eye" to residential use. Your biggest problem will be finding a mooring a short notice, most places are pretty full and many have waiting lists.
Welcome to the forum and good luck.

Welcome to the forum.

Another thing to remember is that yards will not admit to having any residents, particularly over the phone. You will find that a personal and open approach is the best method.
