My profile pic which I have used since I joined in about 2005 has disappeared.
When I try and add a new one the site says its not of a recognised format.
It is a jpeg as was my original pic.
Anybody any ideas please
Roy

I can see it, though...a photo of four youngsters sitting on a boat at St. Benet's Abbey. Is that not the right one?

I've just opened the page in Firefox and the pic is there. It must be a Safari thing.

Not quite that simple. I've opened the page on my iPad Air 2, using Safari, and I can see the pic. Maybe a setting within the app?

What OS are you using?

Hmmm, I know less than nothing about the macOS, but a quick search shows that it can be a bit temperamental regarding file names. I note that the NBF site also seemed to think there was something amiss with the format of your jpg. I have occasionally experienced problems (Win XP - 10) with thumbnails not displaying correctly and have corrected it by opening the original .jpg in a photo-editing program, selecting 'Save as...' and saving it, either with the same name (which overwrites the original) or, preferably, with a slightly different name.

Try saving as webntweb01 and uploading that new file.
