Not long now after a year not being on a boat the clock is ticking down and fingers crossed for weather like today,, cant wait to get to summercraft, this time on the boat we are going to take it easy and stay North so trying to plan for some nice moorings that we have missed in the past. But looking forward a ralaxing stop at How Hill and Salhouse broad..

Look forward to seeing to all give us a wave

I like my bacon crispy, so if you see someone mooring along side early in the morning, it could be us.
Hope to see you around that week.

What time is breakfast by the way?

I hope we get some great weather, I love early mornings on the Broads, the mist rising, the morning dew, and the smell of freshly cooked bacon.
Better if someone else has cooked it though...

best regards, Richard.
I can't wait to be back on our boat on
the Broads.

6:00 am The best time of the day, the water is like a mirror, we have often made the early run down from near Thurne mouth to Yarmouth to catch the slack water, wife still in bed, canopy down, low revs on the engine on a falling tide, trying not to disturb any boaters as we sneak gracefully down the river.

Can't beat it.

best regards, Richard.

Thanks for posting this,

I'm now proper 'Broads-sick' and now counting the days down to Friday morning when I awake onboard in the wet-shed with the prospect of setting sail to meet up with the NBF rescue team on Saturday morning.

It can't come soon enough for me

Griff,
You are not the only one with lack of broads symptoms.
Roll on Monday 2nd. April when we get "GLENCORA" out of the garden and get to Martham for the start of the season.
